CCGA (Canadian Canola Growers Association)

The Canadian Canola Growers Association (CCGA)’s vision is “helping farmers succeed” and their mission is “to influence national and international issues, programs and policies to enhance the success of Canadian canola farmers”.

They aim to achieve these through their three areas of business:

CCGA is an Advance Payments Program (APP) administrator, regarded for their innovation in delivering the program to 10,000 farmers a year. The CCGA undertakes policy development on issues affecting canola farmers, including transportation, trade, risk management, sustainability, crop inputs and more.

The CCGA also advocates for grower interests through direct representation to parliamentarians, legislators and government officials.
